ANCH - Attorneys National Clearing House Company was founded in 1895. Our initial attorney referral product was CHQ - Clearing House Quarterly.

CHQ is the world's senior, bonded source of creditors' rights attorneys who specialize in collection and bankruptcy law.

Over the last century, the focus of our attorneys has naturally expanded beyond merely contingency-fee collection and creditor bankruptcy work. Especially, within the past decade, we noticed that a majority of our attorneys were becoming active in the subrogation field.

We saw a void in the marketplace. Given our experience in the attorney referral industry and the scope of our attorneys' practice, the creation of SAN - Subrogation Attorney Network was a natural extension of our already comprehensive service.

SAN, in effect, is a "division of CHQ". While maintaining a specific web site, attorney listings will appear in a special Subrogation Section of future editions of CHQ as well as a new interactive CD-ROM currently in production. $1,000,000 bond coverage is extended to matters properly forwarded to SAN attorneys.

To reiterate, SAN (Web Site, CD-ROM, Printed Directory, and $1,000,000 Bond Coverage) is a FREE SERVICE available to insurance companies and subrogation professionals. Member Attorneys are required to pay a nominal annual membership fee.
